SMS Terms of Service

Moxie Technologies, Inc. dba Armory DME ("Armory DME," "we," "us," or "our") provides a messaging platform that enables Durable Medical Equipment (DME) providers to send transactional SMS text messages to their patients. When you opt in to receive text messages from a DME provider through the Armory DME platform, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.

Message Types

By opting in, you may receive the following types of text messages from your DME provider via Armory DME:

  • Appointment reminders

  • Delivery updates and tracking notifications

  • Resupply notifications

  • Payment alerts

  • Security alerts

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by providing verbal consent to your DME provider's staff during a phone call, such as during intake or order placement. During this call, the staff member will read a standardized disclosure script that includes the program brand name, the types of messages you will receive, instructions for opting out and getting help, a notice that message and data rates may apply, message frequency information, and links to these SMS Terms and the SMS Privacy Policy.

Upon providing your verbal consent, your opt-in status will be recorded in your DME provider's system. You will then receive a confirmation text message with all required disclosures.

Opt-In Confirmation Message

When you opt in, you will receive a confirmation SMS similar to the following:

"You are now subscribed to texts from [Your DME Provider] via Armory DME incl. appt reminders, delivery updates, resupply notices, payment & security alerts. Reply STOP to opt out. HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg freq varies. Terms: armorydme.com/legal/tos Privacy: armorydme.com/legal/privacy-policy"

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with your DME provider, such as upcoming appointments, order shipments, resupply schedules, and account activity. You will only receive messages relevant to your care and account.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan and any charges that may apply.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE) to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from your DME provider through Armory DME.

If you wish to re-subscribe after opting out, you may reply START (or YES) or contact your DME provider to opt back in.

How to Get Help (HELP)

If you need assistance with the SMS program, you can reply HELP to any message. You will receive a response with support contact information. You may also:
