Marketing SMS Terms of Service

Moxie Technologies, Inc. dba Armory DME ("Armory DME," "we," "us," "our") sends SMS messages to prospective customers (DME owners, operators, and staff) who have provided express verbal consent. These terms cover messages we send from our prospect / demo line.

If you are a patient receiving texts from a DME provider that uses Armory's platform, those messages are governed by your DME provider's own SMS terms and consent records, not this page.

You must be 18 or older to opt in to receive SMS from Armory DME.

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Information sharing practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

  • Follow-up scheduling with our sales team

Consent

Opting in to the prospect/demo line is a two-step process: verbal consent followed by an SMS confirmation reply.

Step 1 — Verbal consent
An Armory team member confirms your mobile number during a conference booth conversation, a scheduled video demo call, or a discovery phone call. The team member reads the disclosure below aloud and records your verbal agreement (with date, time, channel, and team member ID) in our CRM.

Verbal disclosure read to prospects:
"Would you like to sign up for SMS from Armory DME so we can send you demo agent interactions, demo session reminders and links, follow-up scheduling, and product information? By providing your phone number to Armory DME you are consenting to receive these messages from us. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. You can text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time. We won't share your mobile information with third parties for marketing. You can find our privacy policy and SMS terms on our website at armorydme.com/legal/privacy-policy and armorydme.com/legal/tos-marketing."

Step 2 — SMS confirmation (YES reply)
Once verbal consent is logged in our CRM, you automatically receive a first confirmation SMS:
"Armory DME: You have agreed to receive SMS updates. Msg frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. To confirm you also want to receive demo session links, follow-up scheduling, and product information from Armory DME, please reply YES."

Armory DME does not send any further marketing or product messages until you reply YES. If you reply YES, you receive a second confirmation SMS finalizing your subscription:
"Armory DME: Thanks, you've now been subscribed to SMS notifications, including demo session reminders and links, follow-up scheduling, and product information from Armory DME. Msg frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help."

If you do not reply YES, you will receive no further outbound messages from Armory DME.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out (STOP)

Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT at any time to opt out. You will receive a one-time confirmation:
"Armory DME: You have been unsubscribed from Armory DME messages and will receive no further texts. Reply HELP for help."

Help (HELP)

Reply HELP at any time, or contact us at support@armorymedical.com. You will receive:
"Armory DME: For help, email support@armorymedical.com. Reply STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply."

Privacy

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
